The conference sponsors have reserved a limited number of rooms at The Four Seasons Resort and Club Dallas at Las Colinas for participants at a negotiated rate of $215 + tax per night. Please indicate your requirements during the registration process.
Conference Fee
The conference fee of $600 per attendee will help defray costs. This fee covers breakfast, lunch, and the networking reception on Day One; breakfast on Day Two; and all program materials. Participants are responsible for hotel and travel costs.
Each attendee will be sent an e-mail confirmation upon receipt and processing of his or her registration.
Networking Reception
On Tuesday, June 20, a reception will be held for all participants on the Spa Pool Deck from 6:00pm–7:30pm. This gathering will provide you with an opportunity to meet discussion leaders and other new audit committee members in a casual setting.
Attire
Attire for all conference activities is business casual.
Accreditation and CPE
This program has been approved for accreditation by the Institutional Investor Services (ISS).
CPE credits are also available to participants, although state boards have final authority on the acceptance and determination of individual course credits.
Cancellations
