Audit Committee Fundamentals 2008
Roles, Responsibilities and Resources

Non-KPMG Participants

You are responsible for making your own travel and ground transportation arrangements.

KPMG-US Participants

Air travel arrangements should be made using the Group CTO reservation system accessible through the aeTraveller Portal.

Please go to the Group CTO Instructions page for more information.

Before making your air arrangements, please note the following:

  • Should you select flights that have you arriving after your program begins or departing before your program ends, you may be asked to change your originally booked flights. If this occurs, you will be responsible for any penalties or additional fares assessed. These charges will be applied to your Diners Club card.
  • Do not make your air reservations on the CTO Individual Business Travel site as group negotiated airfares are NOT available and you will not be registered with Travel Services as a meeting attendee.
  • Your meeting number is 4007655. This number will be required to purchase your tickets.

Ground Transportation

You are responsible for making your own ground transportation arrangements to/from the meeting.
