You will be able to specify your hotel needs during the registration process. Using the information you supply during registration, your hotel needs will be reserved on your behalf. Please do not contact the hotel directly to make your hotel reservation. The above link is provided for your information only.

You will receive an e-mail confirming your hotel reservations approximately seven (7) days before the start of the conference.

The conference sponsors have reserved a limited number of rooms at Sofitel Chicago Water Tower for participants at a negotiated rate of $345 + tax per night. Participants are responsible for hotel costs.

All rooms are guaranteed for late arrival by KPMG.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of your hotel reservations must be sent in writing to US-NSS Meeting Registration by 12:00pm ET, two business days prior to your arrival (not including Saturday and Sunday). If written cancellation is not received by this time, you will be responsible for all hotel charges.
