Group CTO Instructions

U.S. Participants

Air travel arrangements must be made using the Group CTO reservation system accessible through the aeTraveller Portal.

To make your air reservations

  • Enter the aeTraveller Portal and enter your e-mail and password.
  • Select Online Booking CTO.
  • If you are a travel arranger, select the name of the traveler in the drop-down box on the CTO home page and wait for the screen to refresh. If you are the traveler, skip to the next step.
  • At the CTO home page, locate the box titled Group CTO or Govt Contract Travel in the upper-right hand corner of the page. Use the drop down box to select "Group CTO".

Ticketing Information

  • Tickets are issued immediately and are e-Ticket only.
  • e-Ticket receipts and itineraries are e-mailed to the traveler and stored on AirWEB on the aeTraveller Portal.
  • Flight changes or cancellations must be called into Group CTO Support at 1-800-457-6490 option # 4, and then option # 2.

Profile Information

Group CTO uses your profile information located in the aeTraveller Portal. Please be sure this information is up to date.
